Cooking Instructions
To remove too much starch, rinse the rice three times with ordinary water. Give the rice a 15-minute soak in twice as much water.

Open Pot Method
- Bring a pot of water (2 ½ times the amount of rice) to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and 1tbsp of oil and stir.
- Add the soaked rice and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the flame.
- Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
- Fork the rice and serve hot.
