RE-PROCESSING UNIT

UNIT FOR RE-PROCESSING India’s cutting edge technology is used in RRM’s state-of-the-art recycling plant. The live flow and outflow systems are fully computerized and use sensors to do so. The plants can make more than 52 metric tons of goods per hour. All together, our mill makes about 1,250 metric tons of steel every day. There are a lot of different kinds of equipment at the company, such as pre-cleaners, de-stoners, grades, paddy separators, de-huskers, magnets, and more. The plant grounds are good for the environment and are fully protected from pollution by foreign particles. They cover a total area of 4,000,000 square feet of land. RRM has a number of color sorters and multi sorters set up. Once the rice goes through a number of sorting machines, it is free of glass, plastic, granules, dust, broken, discolored, and unwanted grains.
