STEAMING & PARBOILING UNIT
Our rice steaming unit is perfectly designed to get the most head rice out of each batch, keep the quality of the product uniform, and reduce product breakage. Effective hulling and separating performance with a focus on getting the highest amount of head rice for the highest profit.
For the parboiling process, soft water that has been treated at a water treatment plant is used. The plant has specially made soaking bins with high-tech water temperature controls based on sensors.
The process is much better than traditional ways at keeping the grain clean and preventing the development of bad smells. It also keeps the grain’s fragrance and aroma while it is being processed. An combined water treatment plant makes sure that the water is soft enough for the parboiling process.
