Super Fine Basmati Rice

Super Fine is often thought to be a type of Basmati rice because it looks and has grains that are very similar to Super Kernel Basmati. However, it is actually a Non-Basmati long grain white rice. The change can be seen in the cooking, which is not nearly as good as cooking with Basmati Varieties. Super Fine Basmati rice is rarely sold by itself; it is usually mixed with 1121 and Super Kernel Basmati rice.
